    What was your favorite Martial Arts arcade game? :confused:

    I am also trying to find out what was the name of a Ninja game in which your character would throw stars, jump from tree to tree, and fight in lightning and rain in the forest. It had some peculiar music, and the final stages were difficult. I believe you had the ability to use knives, swords, stars, and such. I can't find footage or pictures anywheres, ese... :(

    I'm just going to go ahead and assume you mean fighting games and beat 'em ups.

    Beat Em Up: Xmen Arcade

    Fighting: Tie between Soul Calibur and Smash Brothers (depending on whether I want something more real or something more cartoony)

    FAIL, DONNYMOST. :p I don't care about SONIC and his pals. I meant Martial Arts, like Ninjas, Kung Fu Fighters, 1 on 1's, etc.
    Nope. :(

    In the one I am mentioning, you would sometimes cut the trees and make them fall on your enemies as they would also fly through the air and shoot stars at your character. RAIN and LIGHTNING were abundant.

    You were thinking about the :59 marker in this video, but that's not it. The music in the one I am looking for was much more upbeat, I believe.

    My list is cooler anyway.

    And you need to be specific when you say "fighter", because that implies 1 v 1... which double dragon is most certainly not... and I'd argue it isn't even a martial arts game... just a street brawler beat em up like final fight, etc. Billy and Jimmy Lee ain't exactly ninjas... although they portrayed as such in later games and movies.

    OK, so maybe Double Dragon might not be, because they're not ninjas or Kung Fu peeps... but the dudes DO kick like martial artists in the air and they do a mean ass elbow to the big dudes. :eek: STFU, Sonic lover. Hahaha.
