    I already knew to take off the semen/blood infested bedspread. Now this.

    Wow.... that's completely gross. But most of the hotels I stay at just have the individually wrapped plastic cups. Which I now definitely prefer

    I think it's a safe bet that most of those cleaning people find ways to cut corners to expedite their jobs. Besides, it's cheaper to just wipe the glasses and put them back out. God forbid they collect them and run them through a dishwasher. It wouldn't surprise me if more than half the hotels out there do this glass wipe operation.
