Great day to post this mix, DA had 16 points tonight against the Mavs!

If the guy could rebound, he'd be a borderline starter level center in the vein of a Mehmet Okur lite.

I am hopeful he will learn to rebound better in the NBA, but he will always have problems with enormously large or enormously active big men.

Still, Scola has learned how to be an effective rebounder in the league.

He's a great addition. Has his off days, but who doesn't?

    Nice mix.

I'm starting to like this guy. That three he hit tonight was huge.

I really like this guy. I'm especially impressed by how well he runs the court and how he can finish with a nice reliable dunk (off the feed), great mid-range J and the 3 ball is going to be money just as soon as he gets more practice, playing time. Blocks and rebounds should improve. I like him as a back up to Yao--can't wait to have Yao back

I think he has to adjust to the NBA officials, much like Scola struggled his first season with the Rockets. When Kidd fouled him, he should done a "Kirilenko".

The best thing I saw from him tonight was that he did not back down after the b****y shot Kidd took at him

He actually is an offensive nightmare matchup for the opposition, you put a shorter guy on him, he has some reliable post moves, you put a big bruiser on him and he can step out and take 20 footers all day.

i was beginning to think this guy was gonna go the whole season without a single dunk and now hes had a dunk in the last 3 games. hes becoming more aggressive and im actually starting to see his athleticism and skills. I really think he will be a significant big man off the bench for us throughout the duration of his contract.

I think he meant that in spite of the praise Yao would eclipse him when he returns

If he can hit the 3pt consistently he'll be a huge threat to opposing teams. We'll have our own twin tower with Andersen and Yao. A 7ft6 center who will kill you on the inside and a 7ft back up center capable of killing you outside.
