Negative. The video isn't really bad at all, actually. It's a top-down view from the carriage that he jumped from, so by the time he hits he's pretty hard to see anything.
The more I watch it, the harder it makes me laugh, especially the way he flips into the water. Rule #1 for bungee jumping: Chest-first, not feet-first.
