The shot he hit with the score 60-57 LA was awesome. His momentum looked like he was going to have to reverse it so the Lakers were waiting. Then he stopped and even faded back a bit to lay it in from the front. To me, that was his most impressive shot of the night.
Thanks. Sweet! On one of the three made, Bull said made from Laguna Beach, and Bill said no from Inglewood. Actually, Laguna beach is about 40 miles south east of Staples and Inglewood is only about 10 miles down in the south. So Bill slipped on that one.
Great attitude saying that the team needed the win and complementing Andersen. Brushing the limelight off of himself. Great vid.
I loved the postgame interview, AB mentioned Sacramento a few times but failed to mention the Lakers at all. "We needed a win after that loss to Sacramento". Kinda reminds me when he said of Barkley, "We love Karl". AB is quite a clever speaker.
I was listening to the game on the radio (I miss Gene), and I remember him saying Brooks shattered Farmar's ankles. Brooks missed the shot though. Does anyone have a vid or know if it was as crazy as the radio made it sound?
I didnt get to watch the game, but damn...we were down 16-0 to start?! Were they trying to recreate last years playoffs??
If you saw the Dallas game, it was pretty similar to what he did to Barea or Kidd or whoever was guarding him at the time. He faked the drive, did a step back and the defender lost his balance after over-committing on the fake. Unfortunately, he barely missed the shot in both cases. Speaking of that, Brooks had about 4 shots that went in and out last night. He was pretty zoned in.
