I saw that sunday during the tournament. I wonder if they do regional commercials, like do they have a michigan and ohio st. version.
Maybe, I do recall a commercial with a girl wearing an Ohio State sweater kissing a guy with a Michigan sweater and the subtitle was without college sports, this wouldn't be digusting.
I have a handful of Aggie friends where I work. For the past three days, every question I have asked them, whether work related or not, "Taco Meat" has been the response. The commercial is very funny.
Yeah, here they run Duke/UNC ones. A father is making a paper mache pinata out of newspaper articles of (I think) UNC victories over Duke and his daughter is battering the jackass at her birthday part with her father overly encouraging her...
Reminds me of a story. My wife and most of our friends are UT grads. One of our friends has a business partner who is an Aggie. So is that guys wife. At a UT / A&M football party a few years back the Aggie couple brought their 4 or 5 year old daughter. The UT grads taught their daughter how to say "HOOK 'EM HORNS! and make the horns sign. They practiced and practiced with her until she got it just right, all with her Aggie parents unaware. Finally, after half time when UT scored and the roar died down they asked the little girl, "now what do you when the longhorns score?" to which she replied at the top of her lungs with both hands in the air making the hook em sign... HOOK 'EM HORNS!!! Needless to say the parents were not pleased.
If all these Ags at work don't stop saying "Taco Meat" to me, I'll.....just have to stop off at Teotihuacan for dinner!
Good job, Mulder. My similar experience involves my 4 year old cousin, a family Thanksgiving Day roomfull of Cowboy fans, and the phrase "Michael Irvin smokes crack". Good times.
