My friend recommended these vitamins. Does anyone have any experience with them and/or opinions? Looks good to me...but what do I know? I thought eating flintstones vitamins was good enough.
My friend told me he was taking 20 a day at one point in his life. I'm assuming he took four different vitamins fives times a day or something similar to that. I just want to take one once a day. I still eat veggies/fruits every day (try to at least) so I wouldn't be using the vitamins as a replacement, more like a supplement.
