Yeah, he reminds me of FVF or a shorter Iso Joe Johnson or Khris Middleton to name other crafter scorers and shooters whose athleticism were questioned coming to the League (NBA-level traditional athleticism).
Yea i thought of Mason Jones when i heard that 54 is the new record for undrafted players. we have 2 players on this roster that could one day set another record for this category (Wood and Jones)
Not without minutes. That is the problem with rolling with Gordon, Tucker, Dipo, and the detritus of Exum. We need to get younger. These young guys will just never get the burn they need. Tate, Jones, House, Nwaba, and Porter in addition to Wood. Wood was nothing and got burn and look at what he became. Some of these guys are definitely rotation worthy players and 1 or 2 could be really special. If they don't get to play more than 5 minutes forget it. Morey traded away all of our youth because he wasn't going to give anyone minutes. Capela and House got minutes and look at what happened. Covington couldn't play here and what happened. We needed back to Ryno's detritus a 3&D but we couldn't play Covington. Philly got him for free and we had to dump Capela to get him.
Agreed takes time but also takes opportunity. This team needs to get younger and give these guys some run. If we run the Dipo, Wall, Gordon rotation with House and Nwaba where does he get his minutes. If we don't move Exum there is another anchor holding us down. Can't move Wall so something has to give.
They are trying to hide him because he is on a 2 way. After we sign him to a long ass deal thats when he is gonna get his mins.
