VanGundy Really 41 Years old?

    Is Jeff VanGundy really only 41 years old? He looks like he is in his 50's. Perhaps it is the early balding, or the owl like eyes or his general lack of physical appeal. I must say, I am a little disapointed we now have the most physically unattractive coach in the NBA.

    In all seriousness, I know that VanGundy was very intense with the Knicks. However do you think he is still burned out? There have been rumblings that some people do not really think VanGundy has the passion or intensity he once had.

    Not so fast...you forgot about the likes of Popovich (Pizzafaceovich), Dennis Johnson (if he keeps his job), and Doc Rivers ain't much for a girl to take home to mom either!

    The man's family lives and breathes basketball. I think the NY media and Knicks politics burned him out more than anything else. He was probably itching to come back last season.
