    Okay, we all know Van Gundy is coming to "tour" Houston, but what about this timing???

    100 Days To Lift-Off


    The Houston Rockets and Comets and SportsRadio 610 invite you to join us for food, fun and games downtown at Jones Plaza on Friday, June 6, 2003. Come and be a part of our big 100 Days To Lift Off milestone as we prepare to move into our new downtown home. Take a break from work to come have lunch with Clutch and the Rockets Power Dancers and be amazed by the Rolling Rockets wheelchair basketball group's on-court talents. While you're enjoying lunch, you can register for a chance to be our first guests at the inaugural game in the new arena this fall.

    I'd be surprised if the new coach isn't announced at the party. Please let it be Van Gundy...

    yea i was thinking aobut going, and then i got manically depressed.
    if a new coach is announced i might have the strength to go.

    If we don't get Van Gundy, the 100 day launch is going to be strange I think. It'll be weird to celebrate not knowing who are coach will be. Not exactly how you want to launch the upcoming season and arena.
