Some of these guys need to be taken in to a field and outted. 24K short. Your 4 comps are 1900sqft x 2, 2300sq ft, 2700sq ft, and my house stands a solid 3400+. All in the same neighborhood. This newly built house now has a locked in appraisal for 6 months. Yet one comp not used, was the house directly next door at the same square footage for the same price? For fellow military, don't get your hopes up when the appraisers come around.
