a while back someone posted a recipe for thai ribs that sounded awesome but i forgot to write it down. can someone post this recipe again? feel free to add any other rib recipes that yall might have.
Recipe for Ribs 1. Get in car. 2. Drive to County Line Restaurant 3. Order ribs (beef or pork) 4. Eat.
All I know is to smoke ribes for a few hours then smother ribs in crushed pineapples and wrap tightly in foil. Leave ribs on for one mre half hour. Makes 'em tender.
That reminds me. We need to do a high noon Astros game this summer and then over to your place for some beer and BBQ.
Sorry to interrupt the planning (Behad, you must have superb ribs and great beer... ), but another great rib place is the Salt Lick in Driftwood, outside of Austin. Take a left on 1826 off of 290 W. just past Oak Hill, drive a few miles (around 10?), and it's on the right. Driftwood isn't a real "town", so don't let that confuse you. This is one of the best BBQ places in Texas. Yummy!
I can cook a little but Ribs I have yet to master. Try Xach's in Galena Park Texas (like 5 minutes from DT Houston). Just excellent BBQ. Ribs, Brisket, Potato Salad, Dirty Rice. I'm not in love with the Boudain, but everything else is excellent.
