    http://ftw.usatoday.com/2014/10/dallas-houston-police-twitter-cowboys-texans

Both NFL teams in Texas are 3-1 through the first four games of the year, and after what was a particularly miserable 2013 for both the Texans and Cowboys, fans are taking advantage of their recent fortunes to trade some trash talk. That includes each city’s respective police department.

I think the point is that they hide and then later they emerge as cowboy fans. sadly we have too many of those people in houston....

Ive honestly never met a Texans fan that switches over to a Cowboys fan or vice versa. Usually it is strictly one or the other.

The first one doesn't make any sense because the Cowboys haven't been good since the mid-90's, if you were going to bandwagon, it wouldn't be with them.

I'd rather cut off my penis and salt the wound than root for anything Dallas.

OF course they're clocking it as work. It's not like they have a city to protect or anything. ;)

I think the first meme is supposed to represent last year, when we won the first two weeks and lost the rest. And the homers that aren't true Texans fans went to be a Cowboys fan. I can't lie, HPD did em' dirty though.

The HPD response is great. I think it's kind of silly that any police department has its own twitter account, though.

Yeah, a good rule of thumb is that if you have to explain a joke.....then it's not really funny...

they can get out news alerts faster and directly. They have had PR people for decades so it makes sense.
