    All their $$$ going to the nuclear / missile programs / army.....his people are starving.

    Temp fix for their food problems.

    I don't know if I'd go as far as saying we're buddies and no future conflicts.

    Well, yeah. (I'm South Korean too) there's a huge chance that the NK is just doing this to get more food and then they'll go back to being the bullies that they were.

    However, it doesn't kill to be optimistic.

    I'd rather have a weak-willed leader that is prone to bribery than a regime fall and see China and South Korea flooded with hordes of people that their respective economies may not be able to sustain.
