    In November 2009, the US 290 Program was awarded $314.6 million from voter approved Proposition 12, to advance design and construction activities to 2011.

    Cool. It probably won't get done for another 10 years but cool nonetheless. The Katy one turned out great so hopefully 290 will stop being such a POS in the future.
