    Now that a full season has passed since I last started a thread like this, I am interested in seeing how lucky some of you guys were to catch a Rockets win in person. What is your record?

    I am now 2-4, with three straight losses this season.


    December 9th, 2000 Rockets 111 Sonics 104

    March 24th, 2001 Rockets 90 Sonics 93

    April 13th, 2001 Rockets 109 Blazers 103

    November 23rd, 2001 Rockets 81 Sonics 99

    March 22nd, 2002 Rockets 82 Sonics 112

    April 17th, 2002 Rockets 79 Blazers 92

    Well s***, maybe I should start a third thread?

    What the hell is wrong with me? Flawless posting ( :D ) for a year and a half, and then in two weeks, I make a typo in a thread title, I put a Spurs thread in the Rockets forum, and then I create a double-thread! What is going on?

    rockets beat orlando in houston last year
    rockets beat 76ers about 4 years ago
    lost to orlando by one when shaq played with them

    Well for 01-02 I was 13-18, last season I was 13-13 and before that I cant remember. I didnt have to much luck this year. But at least I was yelling my ass off as oppose to 99% of the library err. I mean The Summit.

    2-1 this year. The loss doesn't count though - they tanked.

    Nov 1st vs LAC - WIN 98-92 (OT)

    March 10th vs Utah - WIN 95-92 (Francis hit last second 3)

    April 14th vs Memphis - loss 95-98 (tanked it) fan appreciation my A$$. No franchise or Mobley.


    I was 6-2 last year :)

    I have only been to about seven Rockets games in my life going back to seeing the Rockets with Moses Malone play the Celtics with Larry Bird in 1981. I have seen the Rockets during their championship years and over the last few years. I have *never* seen the Rockets win in person! Uggh!

    I'm 3-0. Of course, the last time I saw the Rockets play, our front line was Olajuwon, Barkley, and Quitten.

    In '93 I saw the rockets win the 13th game on their way to setting the record for consecutive wins to open the season.

    In 97 and 98, I watched the Rockets beat the Mavs in Dallas. I got to see Brent Price send Steve Nash to the locker room for the night.

    Undefeated. Granted, I've been to under 20 Rockets games in my life and only one in the last 3 years.

    This season I was 2-3.

    11/24 Beat Dallas by 37
    2/1 Lost to Hornets by 1 @ the buzzer
    3/5 Beat Raptors by 3 (return of Hakeem and best game, no contest!)
    3/30 Lost to Suns by 2 (Moochie Bobblehead night)
    4/12 Lost to Portland by 1

    This is most games I have been in one season. To tell you the truth, for the most part I went so I can scam the Compaq Center by purchasing cheap tixs but move to the more better seats. But, I wouldnt mind going to more games and getting stuck in the $10 seats.

    Since 1992, I have only been to one game (the last game this year) in the regular season that they have lost. I have been to one loss in the playoffs and my record is perfect in the preseason. :)

    Saw loss to the Spurs (w/o Steve)
    Saw loss to the Pacers (very very close)
    Saw loss to the Suns (Moochie Night)

    BUT...

    The one game that made up for it...

    Rockets 124
    Mavericks 87

    The most beautiful offensive display since Steve has been in pinstripes.

    So, 1-3.

    Oh, never mind.

    1-4.

    I went to the Portland game last year to boo Pippen. It was fun. Mo had a great game against Rasheed that night.

    1-0 Went to the OT game in Dallas a couple weeks back. Looks like I'm good luck. you guys can chip in for my season tix anytime! :)
