Just heard David Delotti....James to decide in "10 minutes" . Delotti thinks T-Wolves have inside track.
Where the hell did the T-Wolves come from? They must be offering more money than both the Rox and Mavs. James said he wanted MVP and All Star selections. He'll get a better chance with Minny than in Dallas and HTown as the number 2 man.
pshh if he chooses the T-Wolves, then I will have lost all respect for Mike James. I know he's already won a title, but he's said how he really wants to win another one. Nothing would piss me off more than him signing with the Mavs but at least that would be understandable. The only reasons I can see him going to Minnesota are for more money (which he said it wasn't about) and to pad his stats.
This is better than Dallas. If James signs with the Timberwolves then they will let go of Banks, and there's the plan B. The Rockets better not foul that one up.
If the money is similar and he picks Minnesota, I hope every Rockets fan boos him like we did Pippen every time he comes back. If it's somewhat similar all the way around and he chooses Minnesota, every single thing he said back in May was a complete lie and led to us wasting our time on this. There's nothing illegal about that, but we don't have to be happy about it.

Well whatever, I don't care anymore. We need to start shopping for other players. We don't need MJ to win but it sure would help.
Well, I didn't want to overpay for James, but I think the remaining options for a legit 3rd scorer are too thin. I believe this will be the Rockets' achillies heel until the trade deadline....could be a rocky early season.
