    Basically an Iraq War Movie about guys who have to diffuse roadside bombs.

    The Critical Acclaim is huge.







    Then there is (500) Days of Summer, which is an indie-rom com starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt and the very lovely Zooey Deschanel.

    Ok, just caught on to this movie Hurt Locker and it looks freaking incredible. Anyone else getting excited about this movie now ?

    I've been looking forward to Hurt Locker for a few months now. It's at the Angelika, I don't know if it opened today or if it had been playing previously.

    It's directed by the Kathyrn Bigelow who directed Point Break and Strange Days, 2 movies I really like.

    Its about these military guys who have to diffuse roadside bombs in Iraq.

    Probably the most dangerous job there.

    Saw 500 Days of Summer over the weekend. I enjoyed.

    Walked out with a feeling of hate engulfing my body.

    I thought it was a pretty funny, very accurate portrayal of a guy's mindset when he loses the upper hand in a relationship.

    JGL was good.

    I'd give it 8.5/10.

    I thought it was pretty funny as well. I just didn't like the fact that they used cursing in order to get some cheap laughs in, but it's whatever.

    Yeah, it really didn't blow me away at any point... but it was solid throughout and not formulaic and pretty funny.

    I am super stoked about seeing District 9 as well. I hate that I don't get to see many movies anymore. I used to catch all this sort of stuff, now I'm lucky to see a couple movies a summer.
