    According to an official communication from the University System, UH is closed today, 09/12, from 5 p.m. and will not reopen until at least 12:00 p.m. Thursday 09/13.

    Any classes that were to be held during that time have been canceled.

    i hope they extend it to all day...i get to miss 2 crappy classes but still have 2 in the afternoon/evening. i doubt many people will show up to my 1:00 and 5:30 tomorrow.

    will be interesting to see if school districts follow suit. they have a history of waiting too late to make these decisions.

    Rice is closing after 5 and might or might not open in the morning. The business school, however, will continue to operate. We're hardcore!

    UH-Clear Lake is also closed, I just saw that on their website. I had no idea, I was about to leave for class in a few minutes, good thing I saw this thread.

    so if i have a 11:30 class, they wouldnt expect us to be there at twelve right? i don't plan on going but there is a quiz scheduled.
