Keenum is an integral part of the UH offense, and since Cougar defense isn't so good, Keenum is a huge part to the team as a whole. Last season without him is not really a good indicator. The team was looking good up until Keenum's concussion.
When the rest of your non-conference schedule includes powerhouses like the Georgia State Panthers and the North Texas Mean Green, and the marquee matchups on your conference schedule are Tulsa, East Carolina and UAB (often solid teams but no national cachet) you need to beat a beatable UCLA team and try not to stumble in C-USA play.
Stupid tropical storm Lee is brining in a north wind and lower humidity. Wont be quite as brutal for UCLA players. Hopefully that strong wind doesn't hurt the passing attack.
