Has anyone heard how either of these guys are doing? Do you think either of them might be able to come back across the Atlantic in the next year or two?
The rockets still have their rights. But, the rockets just cannot have too much youth at the Center and Power forward position. Kenny Thomas is the present and future for the position. Hamilton and Washington play for the rockets only if they are leaps and bounds improved next season. Kenny Thomas reminds me a little of Harrington!! Thomas may be better than Harrinton. It took Harrington 2+ seasons to get to the position that Thomas is finding himself in this year.

Nailon is looking to be the best player in the Italian league. Note: we always retain their rights as long as they play professional basketball. For them to become free agents, they must go 2 years without playing any professional ball (which for obvious reasons is not a smart thing for them to do). Conversely, Nailon won't become a free agent either.
did Mitch Wiggins or Lew Lloyd ever play over there? If so, that's where they probably first heard the term, and it just caught on.
yeah, that line was screaming to get called out. Though it's in Italian, points, fg/ft percentages, rebounds, and assists are easy to figure out. It doesn't seem terribly impressive, unfortunately.
I was thinking more about the post-Hakeem era. When Olajuwon retires we will need some big backup bodies behind Cato. What I was wondering is whether or not one of these guys might be able to fill that spot somewhere down the road. If I'm not mistaken, they're both good defenders, although I'm not sure about their offense. Perhaps their time in European will help them with that aspect of their games.
