A tear of joy just trickled down my cheek. I've been clamoring for the longest time on getting another playmaking guard next to Harden, and it's finally come to fruition. I honestly feel we are now capable of winning a title now. Enjoy this day, Rocketnation.

Surely Denver will sending a contingent of players and management to the GM's house for an 11th hour attempt to convince him this is a bad trade for Denver. Probably try to lock Morey out of the house and everything.
HOLLLLLLLLLY COW!!!!!! I didn't think it would happen. Retained KJ, got Lawson, and totally rebalanced the roster!!!! Sign Alan Williams and I will be dancing!
Plus Thornton is just a few years apart from his 20 PPG season. First time Harden has a legit backup + a legit PG rotation. Our current roster is miles better then the rotation we had in the playoffs. And we still made the WCF. Yeah, I'm feeling pretty good right now!
It's incredible that we are getting him without giving up anything of note. I still can't believe it. I wonder why this does not work on the NBA trade machine. I don't doubt the news item though. If Lawson remains sober and healthy, we will become a very dangerous team. Go Houston Rockets!
And a 2017 second round pick that's likely to be top of the second? Right where Morey finds value players to sign to super team friendly contracts? This may be the greatest trade of all time.
