    dayum! i knew about the santana shutout, b/c my friend likes to point out how well santana is doing for his fantasy team, but wow. that's makes me think of the deshaies, ryan, scott back to back to back 2 hit, 1 hit, no hit shutouts of the dodgers to clinch in 86.

    Impressive, but at the same time, that Royals offense isnt anything special with the departure of Beltran and injury to Sweeney.

    Obviously the royals offense is beyond pathetic, Twins pitching not exactly full of aces either, although Radke is solid and Santana is a future all star. Impressive feat nontheless.
