In my game room, I have a flatscreen TV wall-mounted and all of the cables run through the wall. Now I would like to buy a Blu Ray DVD player for this room. Is there a way I can hook this Blu Ray player up without having to unmount the TV?

When I had got the TV wall mounted, the guy told me that I had enough cable in the wall to where I could hook up another device by connecting another HDMI cable. However, I'm not quite sure what I meant (and I didn't ask at the time). Your help is appreciated. Thanks.

I don't understand. You already have an extra HDMI cable installed? That would make it easy of course.

Either way, I don't think you would have to unmount the tv. There should be extra room to where you can just drop an HDMI wire from top and pick it out from the bottom.

I should have clarified. I have 1 HDMI cable that attaches to my cable box. However, because of the wall mounting, the back of my tv is practically inaccessible. I have a hard time getting anywhere near the back of the TV. As a result, I was hoping that there was a way that I could connect multiple HDMI cables to a switch or something.

unmouting the tv shouldnt be too difficult. there are probably two safety screws you have to loosen and once thats done u and a buddy can lift the tv off the mount. once that is done fish another hdmi cable through the holes.
