SAMCRO is back tonight @ 9 pm Central on FX. It's going to be hard to top Season 2, but as long as they don't get too corny with a potential visit to Ireland to find Able, I think the show will only get better.
Ehh, there's always been a nice layer of cheese to this show, beginning with a pretty-boy Brit playing a bad-ass California biker. Somehow, it's still awesome. It's my second-favorite soap opera on TV right now behind "Mad Men," and I'm looking forward to some extreme tension and violence again! Shame we'll never see Halfsack patched in, but I read somewhere that there will be new prospects this season.
According to Louis CK Sons of Anarchy is going to run LONG tonight ~15 minutes. Adjust DVR's accordingly.
There are shows you get invested in to the point it gets your heart beating and makes it hard to get to sleep when they're over. Seems that it's more typical for shows to raise that level at the end of a season. Seems to me that the season opener usually answers a lot of questions and sets the line for the new season. While this episode did that, to a point, I can't imagine what the rest of the season is going to be like because it's going to be nearly impossible to top last night... Spoiler It will be interesting to see who those shooters were, if Jax didn't kill that guy. Hale is dead...which I never saw coming. I figured they were going to take on how a less connected Chief would try to change things. The song that was playing (Richard Thompson's "Dad's Gonna Kill Me") was just awesome for the events that were happening. Can't wait to see what's next.
So...who's watching? IMO, it's been a great season to date and only gets better every week. It will be interesting to see how this trip to Belfast plays out. I have a feeling someone isn't coming back.
I've enjoyed it, even though Jimmy as the season's villian is a tad underwhelming since they haven't given him much screen time, would be nice to see him rounded out a tad more.
love it. i cannot wait for the episode where that atf (i think she's atf) b**** gets her due. that lady is why they invented the word ****. btw, as much as i love sons of anarchy, terriers is my favorite show on tv now. danal logue deserves some emmy consideration and i have a small man-crush on britt.
been disappointed with the season 3 whole episodes at her dad's really? and then she kills another chick tara's role has been disappointing to say the least and then on this last episode tara helps emma escape from the hospital
It is getting unreal to me how many people falling in the way to help Tara not become a total Train wreck. I mean she slugs ole girl .. but ole girl still trying to help her and lie for her. . . . . just too unreal to me. Tara is just a dumbass that needs to lose her med license . . jeez! [I think it would be better for her to be some kind of underground gangster's doc anyway] Rocket River
I like Terriers, too, but it has in no way surpassed SOA for me. Danal Logue is doing a fantastic job on that show.
They're doing the Belfast thing better than I thought they would, but it's time to go home. Looks like it will be at least 1 more, if not 2 episodes over there. That said, I find my self wanting them to cut back to Ireland every time they go back to what's going on in Charming. The show is getting better every week...which says a lot in the 3rd season.
FX dramas seem to always peak in Season 3. Nip/Tuck - The whole Carver mystery Rescue Me - Tommy Gavin dealing with his wife with his brother Sadly, both of these shows went massively downhill afterwards.
Do not miss tonight's episode. That was one of the more incredible hours of television I've ever seen. There's apparently 2 episodes left. I'm not sure how they top what would have easily served as a season finale. With all that's happened in Ireland, going home to dealing with Salazar seems like small potatoes. Then again, every time I think they're going to take a step back, they find a new gear.
