I thought it was a successful show...
I tried watching My Name Is Earl a few times because everyone said it was so funny, but I just never got into it.
started watching Earl in its first season it was a good concept and funny but I wasnt sure how long it could last with "i did something bad let me do something good off a list" type premise as for the other shows on there never seen them actually except king of the hill i watched a few episodes but not too many, sit down shut up i saw the first episode and I passed on.
Wow NBC axing Earl in favor Parks and Recreation is beyond stupid. Shoot at least give the show a damn resolution, it's been on for 4 seasons.
Meh most of theses shows i didn't watch. Only one was Prison Break which i watched the first season got bored in the 2nd season cos the concept got so ruined. ¬¬ BUT i have a question and considering i cant start a thread.. What TV episode would you bring back if you had the choice? (Any canceled t.v shows not just these recent ones) Mine would be My wife and kids! such a great show =[ and 8 Simple rules luv it comedies aside, The O.C! after Marissa died it kinda got good imo.... =]
Watched Earl and it really sucks that it got the axe because it was a funny show, not up to The Office or 30 Rock but still fun. I still think King of the Hill has some legs left, I've always enjoyed it, very different when compared to the other types of animated shows, more like a sitcom. Hope either one or both gets picked up by ABC or CBS.
I'm sad to see 'my name is earl' get the boot. It was one of my favorites. I blame reality tv for all of this.
I was addicted to Earl first season, Jason Lee is one of my favorite actors, and vastly underrated, second season I need to catch up on DVD, and of course the rest of the series. I heard that Fox may just pick it up but would've thought they would have by now.
I'm not a big TV guy other than sports and a few shows, so is there a possibility that some of the other networks might pick up Earl? I liked that show when I would watch it on the DVR and it's disappointing that it's being cancelled. I remember that Family Guy got canceled and brought back. What other shows have been canceled and either brought back or picked up by other networks or cable networks?

Prob around fall time... like it usually does. It sucks that Prison Break is gone in only 4 seasons, I guess there really wasn't much more they could add to it anyway.
Earl was not the funniest show i ever seen but it definately entertained me Rocket River " . . did they just show me twice" - Crabb Man
if you think about it, that would kinda be a perfect king of the hill finale. you don't need any kind of real resolution on that show since it's a cartoon. an episode making fun of rude canadians and showing the texan hospitality is a very appropriate ending.

I'm mad that Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Reaper won't be coming back. And don't even get me started on Pushing Daisies.
I liked earl. Pretty sad to see it be cancelled. Oh well. As long as Always Sunny isnt cancelled, I will be fine. None of these shows had the effect Arrested Development had on me though... That show is my favorite show ever.
