Scrubs is the only television show I look forward to (since Arrested Development was canceled) and the only I actually know stuff about (like people with Lost, 24, or The Office). Apparently one of the characters will die in the coming episodes. I think it is "Nurse Roberts." Here is an interview with Sarah Chalke, Zach Braff, and Bill Lawrence talking about that and other stuff. I also found it interesting that ABC makes Scrubs, while NBC airs it. Lawrence said the show is a dinosaur, in that respect. <script type="text/javascript" src="http://tv.netscape.com/embed/320/CSMSHCZWKHNOABDQQCJO"></script> Some of the best moments from the show: <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/fPqSgX9ltUs"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/fPqSgX9ltUs" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object> <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/3up1iWScaXg"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/3up1iWScaXg" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object> <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/pffLOFpn1dQ"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/pffLOFpn1dQ" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object> <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/mZRhXp95f2U"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/mZRhXp95f2U" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object> Ted's real band (The Blanks) comes out regularly... <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/6mdJY-GVdvs"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/6mdJY-GVdvs" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
i'm gonna miss this show when it's gone. thank God for syndication. (i heard Brady Quinn dies in the last episode. don't shoot the messenger.)
Scrubs has way too much seriousness and drama now. I liked it when it was pure idiocy and comic stupidity in the early seasons.
I don't think this is the last season. Brady dying would not be believable. He has a weekly blog out now and Friday he is talking about his workout routine for the next couple of months. Can't wait to start incorporating it into my own routine. We could all be more Brady-like.
If that's the case, then I'm putting my money on J.D. I read an article with him last September where he said he didn't know if this was the last season of Scrubs, but he did know this was his last season.
In that first video thing I posted Braff talks about wanting to come back for another season and Lawrence also says it isnt Zach who gets killed off.
My guess would be either Kelso (age, recent hints at his character getting tired of his job) or Jordan, Dr. Cox's wife - who is quite funny, but is that perfect bit character/main character to kill off without anyone getting too upset...including Dr. Cox!
He's the doctor that everyone thinks is so great because he's never lost a patient during knee surgery or an appendectomy, but they fail to look at his lost patients during heart sugeries.
hmmm...didn't know that. Unless she is just tired of it. What about the guy who runs the morgue/coroner's office (can't remember his name)...not a big enough character? Maybe Ted? Or Barbie's boyfriend? I can't see how any of the other major characters can get killed off and the show dynamics not changing significantly.
