Well, We are off and running on another season, felt bad for the big guy that could not complete the challenge. Think the Cowboys showed a lot, even though they thought Chile used Brazilian money. DD
so far, only a couple of teams irritate me. Ken and Barbie(Miss South Carolina of map mistake speech fame) Big Brother couple and if I have to listen to the gay brother say "oh SNAP!" one more damn time I'm gonna scream. still too early for a favorite...will probably take a couple of weeks to get a feel for the teams
I like Dan and Jordan, but the "I luv u bro" was getting a little outta control... So far, I'm not that crazy about any of the teams. I'm actually kind of disappointed with the team selection this time around.
Recorded it last night and will be watching it today since the kids are home from school. I'm ready for another season.
Miss Teen South Carolina shows good spirit though to be on the show, and she is really attractive. DD
let's see how good her attitude is once she gets teased about her rather public flub...so far she has had minimal contact with the other teams and they have all been talking about who she is. Did you see the pouty look when she heard the lesbian couple was making cracks about her tiara? I do agree on her hotness factor...but the other girl (don't remember her name atm, she was wearing the light blue shirt) has a better bod.
The Cowboys and the grandma/granddaughter team are going to be out soon. I felt bad for the black guy. He couldn't complete the first challenge, one that was completed by Miss Teen SC.
i think the cowboys will be tough. they made one (dumb) mistake, but they were still able to finish third. pretty impressive i thought.

Watched it today with the kids. I was glad to see the cops who said something like, "not to brag but I expect us to win every leg," do so poorly. Also how funny that that one father daughter team painted the inside of the wrong house.
I love this show. I was going to apply to be on it but you have to be 21 or older.......have to wait one year, two weeks and 2 days before i can apply
Oh my gravy the cowboys proved me wrong. They were the first team to think of connecting and were smart to ask where their terminal was as soon as they arrived. The grandma/granddaughter team going out was no surprise. I think it was funny the cops drove 20 miles past the ranch (costly time mistake) and still beat the grandma/granddaughter team. That's how slow this team was. The final four appears to be the cowboys, big brother, models, and the Asian couple.
Im not gonna make a call on final 3 just yet, but if the cowboys keep up how they played leg 2...they have a great chance. Smart, level-headed, work together as a team really well. I spent like 10 minutes giggling about the two airhead couples(Ken and Barbie and the BB rejects) totally screwing up the bus transfer...when you are having to transfer while traveling the FIRST thing you do when you get to the transfer station is check and find your next conveyance and ensure everything is on schedule. BIG MISTAKE. I was surprised Gran and her g-daughter didnt get knocked out last week...they do everything at 1/2 speed. It finally bit them this time. Teams I like right now: Asian couple & cowboys, havent been able to get a real feel for any other ones I could root for.
I find the Lesbian dating couple grating also... but that gay/st8 brother team is close behind on my hate list. Asides from that i find the rest of the teams to be meh... dont really like or dislike the big brother, Asian couple, sistas or detective teams yet. Liked the cowboys team the first epi as well as ms teen carolina (tho not her bf) maybe it was due to the sympathy edit we got of her. Though she's been suprisingly normal and is easy to look at. I agree with whoever that said, this season's casting kinda sucks. Well atleast the cast in Survivor is interesting.
