For those that don't know....it's based on the time prior to the movie "Psycho"... Seems like it could be cool. Probably will catch it on my computer sometime later this week.
Farmiga is talented and beautiful, but having finally seen Psycho this past weekend I think this will die a very quick death.
I record and watch later everything I watch. Fast forward all the commercials. Yes, I will be recording this. I love U-Verse.
I'm only nine minutes into the torrent, but it appears the time-travel scene didn't make it past the dailies.
You guys realize this is a tv show?? Give it a little more seasoning and so what if the acting is not on par I mean look at the walking dead for Christ-sake??? That's some **** acting for you right there.
Have been intrigued since seeing the non-stop Bates Motel commercial-athon during my non-stop Duck Dynasty-athon over the past three months. Was hoping for a little more "out there" feel from the first episode. I can say that there were quite a few moments that made me really uncomfortable...in a creepy way. The relationship between Norman and his mom is supremely creepy. I'm hoping this was just a setup for future episodes...but if things continue down the current path of the mom getting jealous over Norman's interest in outside activities, then it might be shut down really quick (not only on my dvr...but also the series). And WTF-sake... Spoiler there has never been a bathroom that I didn't walk into and check behind the shower curtain....EVER!!!!! What kind of dip**** cop was that???!!!??
And Walking Dead blows because the acting sucks (amongst other things)...... I don't find the main characters intriguing at all. The whole 'weird' dialog at the party between Norman and some chick really turned me off as well. Bad writing. Top of the Lake started this week and that show seems to have alot more promise.
