I guess I will get it started. Katy vs. Pflugerville. Don't know about either team...don't care who wins. Just want to watch a title game. Note the game is on TV 51 at 7 PM not FSN which is picking up the Rockets game in the Houston area. PS The 5A D1 game kicks at 3 PM on FSN.

Just drove through "downtown" Pflugerville. Those people are geeked. They haven't had much in the way of success in quite a while. The town is covered in blue and gold right now. I think Katy is going to roll, but I gotta pull for P-ville!
Katy used an ineligible player once (and he was not a starter or every game contributor) and turned themselves in when learning of the infraction. They could've very easily waited until after the championship game to inform the UIL, but they didn't. Even then, they taught the kids that if you break the rules, you must face the consequences. I'm proud to say I went to Katy. They play the game the right way. They don't talk ****, don't respond to the trash talked to them, work their asses off and it shows. I fully expect them to roll tonight and bring the 5th state championship back home. If I wasn't on-call this weekend, I'd be on my way to San Antonio with my brother and sister right now.
