Have fun. Do whatever it is you like best. As far as advice for living in your 30's. Safeguard your back. I am 36...but never felt the slightest bit old til I hurt my back a little at 32

BTW, Happy Birthday, man. I think we're just going to drink and go see Jackass 2 at the Drafthouse. Nothing to creative or terribly exciting. It's really funny how I feel myself changing as I get closer to this birthday. I'm not drinking or going out nearly as much, I'm actually excited about getting in shape and doing more low-key things around the house. I really am getting old.
My friend had a "dress like an old person" party when she turned 30. We all wore gray wigs/makeup and old people clothes (polyester, hats, canes, etc). It was awesome.
Thanks man, yeah that kind of what we have planned just go out and eat drink and be merry I know what you mean, slowly it happens but all the sudden you don't head out nearly as much as you used to.... BTW, have a good 1 tomorrow bud!
Actually my back already sucks, not to mention bad knees and ankles, I've felt old for a good while now
I celebrated my 30th with a fifth of Rebel Yell onstage at the Palomino in North Hollywood CA, and a gram of Peruvian marching powder backstage after the gig. Please do not celebrate your 30th birthday as stupidly as I did. Go have a nice dinner somewhere instead.
I turn 30 next October. I'm guessing I will go to Vegas. The good thing about being a guy and turning 30 is not having a biological clock. We can still date girls in their early 20's.
