Just saw on espn bottom line that he plans to opt out of his contract with the magic. Hes making a good bit of money with the magic, so i dont know if its just hes uncomfortable with the magic or what, but i think he would be the perfect pick up. He can shoot the three, and is an excellent decision maker, and has GREAT passing skills..plus plays great defense and has the height, i think 6'10 that we need. What do you guys think? I think morey should give him a serious look

I love Hedo's game offensively. My problem is with his defense. He doesn't give consistent effort on that side of the floor.

hedo is a great scorer but he seems to take plays off and doesnt make the hustle plays. not sure if hes willing to move without the ball either. then again it might be the pizza thats slowing him down :D

Yeah right, trade a guy that not only help the team get out of the first round but brought the much needed toughness. Artest will not be traded it will be TMac that will be dealt, finally!!

he's opting out now because his value is higher than the $7M he is making. But I doubt he is doing it to get paid by OKC, Memphis or Detroit or to take the MLE from any other team (like the Rockets). It is simply an option at his disposal to re-up with Orlando at around $10M. That is the most realistic scenario.

I don't know about a sign and trade for Artest, but I think he'd fit in nicely.

Hedo was the their mr. 4th quarter. He is their best goto player. No way they can let him go.

No way we'd be able to pay him, though. Otherwise, he could play SG and SF for us.

If Hedo was willing to play for us at $350,000 a season, then yes.

Hedo is mostly the player he is now due to Rick Adelman when he played in Sacramento. He excelled as a sixth/seventh man with that team. I'm sure Rick would know how to use Hedo on this team if we picked him up.

He opts out just to get a bigger contract from Magic. And he's likely to get it. Olando is not a contender without him, they can't afford to let him go for free.

He can be the Marion Hossa of the NBA. He'll go sign with the Lakers then there will be a rematch of this year's finals next season with the Magic coming out on top.

Terkoglu is a better player than he used to be and I still don't want him.

the Magic wouldn't even have sniffed the Finals this year without Turk. You think they'll get back and win it without him?

    Negative.
