Ok.. so I called 713-627-DUNK.. was on hold forever and never got to speak to anyone.

I'm trying to get 3 tickets tonight for my parents and myself. Does anyone know if tonight's game is a sell-out? I'm kinda frustrated and I would think that there would be better customer service on a game day.

713-627-DUNK is the number for season tickets, mini-plans, and group sales.

For individual game tickets, call 1-877-NBA-ROCKETS. Yeah, I know that's more than 11 numbers. You can stop at the "K" if you want.

For what it's worth, though, that close to game time (5:30 for a 7:30 start), you can't buy any tickets by phone. You have to go to the box office. Although since this game was sold out, it wouldn't have done you any good -- we were standing room only last night.

Buy early, buy often -- there are still going to be games where you can walk up right before game time and get tickets (Tuesday vs. Miami, for example, plenty still available), but we have plenty of games that are going to sell out before the day of the game now, as well. Attendance was way up last year, and is going to be way up again this year. (Last night was the biggest crowd to ever see a pro basketball game in Houston, by the way.)

And for anybody asking -- there's still tickets left for the Phoenix game next weekend, although not that many. We're projecting a sellout for that one as well. If you want to be there, get 'em now.
