Trump says that, according to Walters, "working with [Rosie] is like living in hell" and, "Don't worry, she won't be here for long." What's more, Trump says that Walters advised him, "Donald, never get into the mud with pigs." Donald also tells Rosie that she has "good reason to be angry" at Walters, anger that spilled over in a confrontation yesterday on "The View," prompting two items in New York tabloids this morning. A "View" rep tells TMZ, "Barbara refuses to get dragged into this." Did anybody see "Donald vs. Rosie" on WWE RAW last night? Quite possibly the worst five minutes in RAW history. Now, I hear that Trump and McMahon are going to manage opposite teams in a match at Royal Rumble... However, that interview of Trump is still the greatest smack talk ever...
I've lost a lot of respect for Donald Trump over this. I just think he needs to grow up and quit acting like a child. Nobody on "The View" is worth the time or effort to b**** at or about.
The crowd was actually chanting "we want wrestling". How sad that the fans have to demand wrestling at a wrestling show. I wish they'd chanted that during all those diva searches.
I feel quite the opposite. I'm not the biggest celeb gossip freak ever, but I do admit feuds are pretty entertaining. THIS is just the best public verbal feud ever. I hate Rosie. I agree with everything Trump says, even if he is just as big a slimebag. She's loud and obnoxious and I really don't understand why she's on tv. And she has gotten the worst since the Rosie O'Donnell show. I actually liked her on that.
Jim Rome played this on the radio yesterday. I was like ... DANGGGGG, forget it, no need for a Smack-Off this year. Crown the Donald, he pwns. And the emails started to pour in, echoing the exact same sentiment.

It's sort of weird that he's so spazzy about this, isn't it? It's like, really, if you're so big and bad, why spend a millisecond of time responding to Rosie O'Donnell? I think he's probably worried that his real source of revenue, self-promotion, might be imperiled if people find out that he's not exactly that great a businessman. Oh, well...I'm glad there's nothing else going on in the world that might need national attention....
man merideth got owned too. trump is only giving the media what they want to hear. he said it best, why would they even ask him about rosie instead of his show, they want him to talk smack yet they act like he's being a jerk. this guy is a billionaire, like 1/10000 of 1% of the worlds population are billionaires, he's a smart guy and knows how to grind things out. if you get hit, you hit back harder, it's that simple.
