One of my employees, who is a bit slow witted, has come up with something that proves innovation is all about motivation with a little (very little) intelligence thrown in. I'm working with him in the front and notice that instead of handing the credit card or change to female patrons, he passively just keeps his hand on his side of the counter and makes the girls reach over to get it from him. I only realized after 2 or 3 times witnessing it why he was doing this. As some of you know, our counter is the perfect height for the average height women to rest their boobs on when they're ordering something. When they wear something low cut and have to stretch toward you with their boobs already pushed up by being on the counter...let's just say there's a lot of flesh. I've already told him to stop this but it's kinda ingenious when you think about it, especially coming from a guy who can't punch in the expiration date properly on the credit card machine if someone says August 2014 (he has to count off all the months till he gets to August to figure out that the expiration date is 08-14)
Wait, I thought most everyone did this for months March-September... Oh S**T! do I have Asperger's!!!???
