Anyone think Troy Hudson would be a good fit for us? Also what do you think it would take for us to land him?
Hudsons could be a decent fit on the Rockets here are the reasons why: Positives: 1) He is a proven scorer and clutch shooter which was evident from last years playoff stint with Timberwolves and his play in Orlando. 2. He plays 100 miles per hour and is an energy player who is always pushing the ball therefore he is good in the fast break. 3. Doesn't seem to have an ego and can play within a team system Negitive: 1) Plays out of control sometimes but then again that is what makes him so difficult to stop. *** I would trade for Hudson but I doubt the Wolves would even entertain the thought of losing Hudson. *** Speaking of the Wolves, they have 4 legit clutch shooters on that team now: (Garnett, Sprewell, Cassell, Hudson). Other then the Lakers which team has that many clutch scorers? Wolves have yet to even be 100% healthy having just gotten back Hudson but Wally and Kandi are still out. The Wolves, I am predicting win it all. Too much fire power and depth. Garnett is the best defensive big man in the game. If you ask me the way Garnett is playing he is (T. Duncan + D. Robinson) rolled into one. Is there any player in the NBA who means so much to his team and essentially carries them night in and night out on both sides of the court? Lakers probably equal the Wolves in fire power but I believe position by position the overall talent is on the Wolves side: 5. (Advantage Lakers) Kandi vs Shaq 4. (Advantage Wolves) Garnett vs Malone 3. (Slight - Advantage Wolves) Wally vs George 2. (Slight - Advantage Lakers) Kobe vs Sprewell 1. (Even) Cassell vs Payton
