Yeah. What's up with all of these lunatics in the NBA. Iverson G. Robinson, Rasheed, and Quitten all represent what's wrong in the L. I don't have a hard time believing that he is nuts, because he was rumored to be the one that broke Jordan's ribs last summer.

Its easy for us to sit here and criticize a guy and call him nuts when we in reality know jack squat about him. This applies to Artest, AI, GRob, etc.... Just because they PLAY a game and are in the limelite they are supposed to be perfect? Sorry, not everyone can be a MJ or a Kobe with the picture perfect smile and the charm to be loved by all. These guys are what they are and being a celebrity is not going to change that. The things they have done are not right by any means, but to say that they are responsible for everything wrong in basketball is simply unfair. When Iverson said "Nobody would want to be me," he was criticized by people that told him to shut up. He was a millionaire and gets the chance to play basketball for a living. But seriously do we actually know what his life is all about? Hell do we even know what all went down that led him to where he is today? No, not one single person here does and that's why claiming that a player(s) is responsible for the degradation of an entire sport is not only wrong it is ignorant. Just my two cents, no offense to anyone. Just take it for what its worth.

Why does breaking someone's ribs indicate Artest is nuts?

Yeah, yeah, thats nice and all, but this mother****er (Artest) is nuts. Did you guys see him bodyslam Glenn Robinson a couple seasons ago? Big Dog was just standing at the free throw line and Artest comes up to him, picks him up, and slams him on the ground just out of nowhere. When, I saw that I said to myself, "That b*stard's crazy." His incident with Jordan further confirmed my suspicions. Yeah, I may not know jack sh*t about his personal life, but everyone can recognize 'crazy' when they see it.

Well his girlfriend said that he is crazy, and he broke Jordan's ribs cause Jordan was supposedly taunting him or something. I mean I don't really know for sure if he's nuts, but I'm pretty sure he is, if he takes his losses that crazily on his girlfriend.

No one asks them to have a nice smile and be charming, only the same things that we ask of everyone else. Follow the law. Don't abuse your wife/girlfriend. Don't snort coke. Don't be a deadbeat dad to your legions of illegitimate children. They don't have to be perfect, but they could at least try to be decent like the majority of people in America.

Huh? If you truly believe this, i think you would be surprised at the number of "decent" american people who have done illegal drugs (underraged drinking, pot, coke, etc), had illegitimate children, or sposual problems. One reason why this would be more pronounced at the nba level is they have access to all these willing women, drugs and other vices than the normal "decent" american just doesn't have access to.
