I’ve been a supporting member for several months. Recently I’ve tried to cancel my $5 monthly-recurring donation. I’ll get a confirmation from Clutch that it’s been cancelled but I’ll get re-enrolled each month regardless. Supposedly payments work via PayPal but I’ve deleted my PP account and STILL get charged on my credit card. This has happened multiple times now. Anyone else having issues?
It should not be doing that but I'll refund every one of those. Drop me a line at my username @clutchcity.net. You should be able to cancel and it ends the recurring payment in Paypal. There is also a recurring payment schedule in Paypal and you can see if it's still there or not.
