Wow I would have never thought facebook would be taken so seriously when I first started using it when it first came to UH. What was it? 2004?

So much so that a law would be passed because of it. With that said, I thought hacking has been illegal for over a decade now...?

Seriously doubt there was any hacking involved. The "victim" probably got an email from something like "facebook_admin234@yahoo.com" saying they needed her pw and she was dumb enough to send it to them. I think if someone accesses your account via your own incompetence then you deserve whatever fake content the "suspect" wants to post.

But the victim didn't agree to have the person do what they wanted with her info or her account. It probably has nothing to do with FB. If the victim can prove that she had no agreement like that, she has a good case.

I also don't know much about law, but I believe it's about the intent. Social Engineering or brute force attack into hacking someone's account is still malicious and the intent is there.

It would never occur to me to call the cops if someone posted something embarrassing on my facebook page. I would call them a name, probably while laughing, and either delete it or post that it wasn't me that said it. The end. No cops. People are such whiney babies.

The true underlying issue here is the negative stigma associated with oral sex. If we work together as a group, we can eliminate this horrible scourge.
