n/m hahahah my bball 'teacher' has this on the 'finals' for the class at UT. i think it's ridiculous (that and one of the questions on the test is 'what's my dog's name'?' ) but i googled searched a bit more and found out.
You know, he's played for more than 3 teams. He played for Philly from 1989-1990, Minnesota from 1990-1992, Houston from 1992-1995, then traded to Dallas (for Morlon Wiley ), and played there for the 1995-1996 season. In the 50th Anniversary season, he played with the New York Knicks, and in 1997-1998, he was signed by Cleveland. Finally, he played with the Los Angeles Clippers from 1998-2000. That answer your question.
for anybody that cares, this is the best basketball information site of all time... http://www.basketballreference.com No, Scotty Brooks never played for the Clippers Another quick fact, Brooks is the only Rockets player that didn't get any playing time in the 1994 NBA Finals
Gotta love the Energizer Bunny! Scott Brooks. Ugliest Rocket Power Dancer ever, but man, what a cheerleader
I remember, late in one of the games, Rudy was really fired up, and grabbed Scottie. Scottie thought Rudy was putting him in, but really he was just excited.
He never played for half of the teams mentioned. I seem to remember him getting traded a lot and then being either cut or not getting any playing time. I know this because I remember him saying that although he didn't actually play for those teams, he still had his jersey made and kept it.
