The wife and I are looking to take a trip to PR in Feb. Just looking for suggestions for hotel on the beach and what city to go to. San Juan seems obvious, but I'm not sure I want to be in the middle of the city. Then again, I'm not looking to break the bank either. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.
Try El Condado or the Caribe Hilton. They're both right on the beach in San Juan not far from old San Juan. Top notch.

i just went to PR for my bachelor party. We stayed at El San Juan hotel. It was awesome. The top rated club in PR is downstairs, Club Brava. The beach was nice, the chicks smoking, and the hotel was beautiful.
