Tried my hand at making a new logo. Thoughts? Suggestions?

    Well of course it's familiar. It's a new logo with the spirit of the old logo.

    Every time people make a "new logo" or "new uniform" here, it's always a slight modification of the old one.

    This reminds me of todays hollywood just remaking old movies because they are running out of ideas. Make a black alternate to appease the "black jerseys make me look tough/hip/original" crowd.

    Is the world going mad?? In what universe can this logo be considered new?? You just took the exact font and basketball of the old one, that's called copy and paste.

    What's with all the "it's the same logo" hate? He's obviously trying to modernize the old logo, since it was great and popular among fans.

    I like the concept, but maybe change up the rockets to the NASA space shuttle rockets?

    If you put "Toyota Center" on the bottom instead of "Basketball" it can be the legit Center Court logo with the spirit of the Summit center court logo.

    Still better than our current logo. I'd go back to our old one or this one any day. Long as we also get our old Championship jerseys back.

    Reminds me of when Vanilla Ice said his song was nothing like Queens b/c theirs went ding ding ding ding ding ding ding and his went ding ding ding di di ding ding. The extra di di made all the difference. lol

    Nice try, here's what I didn't like
    (1) color scheme, the wooden background doesn't go well with rockets colors
    (2) the rockets word did not fit into the basketball neatly (refer to older design)
    (3) it doesn't give a modern feel, it's quite retro to me
