First weeks of July. Any fun stuff to do or cool places/things to visit? The city looks very nice and my girlfriend loves art so I guess we'll check out some of the galleries, but outside of that, any ideas? My Portuguese Clutchfans?
Not too far to the beaches (Atlantic Ocean). National park to the west of the city. Ancient Art Museum. Tile (azulejo "ah-zoo-LEH-joo") Museum. Oceanarium. Tower of Belem. Hell, all sorts of architecture. Place is built on seven hills, I believe. You'll be fine. You could probably grab a train into Spain, depending on time constraints. Imagine you'd get some deals there.

Tons of great food to eat there, and of course wine, and port to drink. The main food market area is huge and really cool. You aren't far from the beach, and the beaches there are very nice. My one regret about Lisbon is that I didn't have more time to spend there.
