Over easter weekend. Advice is appreciated for sights, food, drink etc. I have tickets to the Hearts-Celtic game on Saturday April 11.

If you take the Highland tour it will take you the whole day but the country side is beautiful. Otherwise the castle is cool and they are known for their festivals so check it out if there's one going on...

Didn't you get the memo? We've changed the format from "Looks like I'm..." to "Tell Me About..."

Awesome! I was in that area of the world for Easter 3 years ago. The weather was gorgeous and there weren't too many tourists. You should have a wonderful time. I suggest spending lots of time outdoors.

Try to get a tour of Queen's road ( I think that is what it is called) they basically raised the street level and walled in an old portion of Edinburgh.

That is a wonderful town, check out the Castle overlooking the city too....just breathtaking.

And the beer and people.....mate !!

    But always try the Scotch........

No advice about Edinburgh but I can tell you there are no good looking women in Glasgow.

To prepare for you trip you should listen to these guys.

Well first, you shouldn't call it "Edinboro".

After that, it is a great city. The castle is not really a great example for Scotland, but it was a nice palace back in the day. Princes Street and High Street are the two main strips - it is pretty small for being such a "big name" city.

It does have a lot of underground old cities within the city.

Otherwise, just enjoy walking around. It is easy.
