Did anyone know this was out on DVD?? http://www.bestbuy.com/movies/productinfo.asp?m=270&e=11121549 I got a gift certificate to Best Buy for my birthday, and I damn near had an orgasm when I saw this on their web-site. This is over 8 hours of Autobot vs. Decepticon action (assuming there are no commercials). Man, I gotta have it!!!!!!!!
I think Hasbro (or whoever made the Transformers) is about to launch a new generation of the toy. They've tried this several times, without much success. I think this time around they are planning to market to nostalgic Gen-Xers. There is new comic book due out sometime soon as well. I keep a Bumblebee on my desk at all times to work out nervous energy.
Sweet!!!! I am on my way to Fry's right now!!! Will they ever put He-man out on DVD... God I would be the happiest man on the planet!
Sweet!! I'm ordering mine right now. Already have the movie. There's nothing like watching Optimus's "Youve got the touch" carnage of those decepticons preceding his fight with Megatron for some motivation before my basketball games.
Oh man, if there was one thing I could change about Transformers: The Movie, it would be the music. Except for the junk planet scene when they play Weird Al's "Dare to be Stupid".
Yea, they also have the Simpsons very first season out on DVD too, but i was wondering is there a Jason collection on DVD? So i wouldnt have to pay each one of them seperate?
I'm going to get it as soon as the damn store that serves as my second job gets it in. (Employee discounts rock.) And actually - as far as entertainment fads go - there is a big resurgence in 80's material right now. GI Joe, Thundercats, Transformers....all of these things are either getting new releases or are rumored to be (as in the case of Thundercats). Hasbro has had a lot of success in recent because of Transformers. Their last series (aimed at a much younger audience than the original) was a big success; a new comic limited series has become the biggest seller of the year, and Cartoon Network will run an all new series this fall (to coincide with a new toyline). The 80's live again. I just hope the music doesn't follow suit....
the entire 7 seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation is on DVD as well I think just the first 2 seasons are out right now
