Eh, it would remind me of the Speed Racer movie had the Speed Racer movie NOT had rainbows vomited all over it. Despite my best judgment, I'm stoked about this movie.

Although they haven't released anything, I think Bruce confirmed that he is back for Legacy. By the way, this is supposedly test footage they just put together for a trailer, so it may not have anything to do with the actual movie's plot. It sure does look pretty though. I've been ready to see it since the first handheld footage was released. Plus, the possibility of Olivia Wilde in the glow in the dark spandex makes me happy.

So, matrix ripped of tron and is now being ripped off by a newer version of tron. the circle of life.
That trailer did nothing for me, but then I never understood the TRON following. I did enjoy playing TRON on my TI-85 calculator back in high school, though.
Daft Punk is writing the score for it, therefore it's going to be the best movie in the history of cinema.

I think it's to show how much the world has evolved. There's gonna be more details, textures and I think I read there will even be weather effects in the city. From Comic Con: The director says "the world of Tron has been evolving on its own server for twenty years like the Galapagos, so its darker and more visceral". The environment has become more detailed with weather patterns and textures. There was some video footage of athletes doing motion capture sessions for the disc wars game. durvasa I think this is the only thing you and I have ever disagreed about on this board! But then as a kid, I loved it because of Bruce - he was my favorite spy (from 1983-1987)! So I had to watch Tron and How the West was Won and all kinds of things because he was in it.
One gets the distinct impression that Jeff Bridges is the new bad guy in this film from watching that trailer. Of course, things don't always seem as they appear.
