Trail Blazers and Pacers agree to meet in NBA Finals on Twitter

    The usual round of NBA Power Rankings were released and there was a general consensus that the Indiana Pacers were the best team in the NBA according to four rankings. There was also general consensus that the Portland Trail Blazers were the second best team in the league in those same four rankings.

    That had the Trail Blazers thinking about the NBA finals this summer and they sent a Tweet to the Pacers asking if they were available for a date in June implying the two teams will meet in the NBA Finals.

    And wtf PORTLAND?

    Wow, talk about a ****ing hype train.

    I understand Pacers. Trailblazers are the hype pick. I see them getting bounced early. OKC and Spurs, reasonable picks.

    OKC(if Westbrook is healthy) vs. Pacers.

    Spurs(if Westbrook is unhealthy) vs. Pacers.


    I think Pacers will be the finalists from the East; OKC will win it all if Westbrook is healthy.

    The Pacers are a lock to win this year. Team is just so damn deep with the return of Granger, and overall improvement in all the players from last year. Portland? Fools gold.

    Blazers aren't about to make the Finals. The dropoff is coming. Just wait.

    No team with only 6 legit rotation players is going to make the NBA Finals unless one of them is LeBron.

    East can only be Heat or Pacers...can't wait to watch that series.

    West too hard to say since matchups/seeding really matter.

    Same for last season and it turned out to be true in spades. Give it time.

    Their bench is a complete zero outside of Mo Williams. Stumblin' is a comin'.
