Last time I posted a thread like this on the GARM, it was about trading up for Acie Law. BUT, seeing that Acie Law is now somehow locked in the lottery, I'm now sold on Rodney Stuckey. Say we trade up to, not much, Miami's 20th pick. I'd offer either Luther or Kirk, packed with our first. That's not too much of a bad deal is it now?

Rodney Stuckey is your standard combo guard. You can check up his file on DraftExpress here: http://www.draftexpress.com/viewprofile.php?p=1015

He averaged 26.7 pts, 4.7 RB, and 5 assists last year, and I'm high on anybody who can score and look for his own shot. He has nice physical tools and would be a good fit into our system.

    Any thoughts?

i like him, i just wouldnt trade up for him unless it was for kirk and our 1st. his mechanics on his shot are a little iffy, but he knows how to score and he's solid as a PG. tmac and him would wreak some havoc offensively.

I agree with this. Would prefer to keep Luther. Would quickly trade Kirk. Would Miami want either?

Doubtful. They have Eddie Jones and Jason Kapono, whose roles are similar to that of Luther. As for Kirk, I thought they had a guy named Dywane Wade. And they're desperate for young blood. How about trading with Philly, or the Lakers or the Warriors?

We don't have to trade up for him. However, we could trade down and get Stuckey and get stuck with another non-starter as well.
