Ty isn't the problem. He's not playing well, but it's not from lack of effort.

He's not playing well but he's had games he's showed he's good. He just can't get in the groove plus the whole team is pretty stale.

Of course it's mainly mchale fault.. but I just don't think lawson fits.. he hasn't showed any promised or signs yet.. I know it's early but it would be better for him to come off the bench or something

lawson's arrived here after two seasons of decline and is playing worse on both ends of the court than lin when he was in a rockets jersey. no way you can defend him. lost the gamble, that's ok. morey just needs to move on quickly and correct this mistake.

Lawson is playing poorly because he's forced to play Moreyball, and keeps dumping the ball off to Harden instead of attacking like he did in Denver.

Not to mention, we KNEW he wasn't a good defender when we got him, so why put him next to Harden?

    Mchale gotta go

I wouldn't blame Ty as much as Mchale. He just doesn't use him in his "offense". Nor does he use Lawson and Dwight pick and roll. We are doomed if we keep Mcfail.

Are you for real? we waited like forever to get a decent PG and now that we have a borderline superstar PG you want to trade him after 11 lousy games? He is not the problem, he is not being used properly, and also we have a team discipline/effort/will/motivation problem its on everyone and particularly on McHale who is neither a tactician nor a motivator anymore, i don't know what he is!

He's a black hole. Gives us nothing on either end of the court. Very passive, not aggressive even when Harden is on the bench. His defense and Harden's defense = the worst backcourt in the league.

I laughed when you called him a borderline superstar pg. He was a 10th-15th PG at his best, which is average to above average.

Also, no one is going to give us anything for Lawson. We might get what we gave up minus getting a pick.

I was never excited about Ty Lawson coming to Houston. I remember a time about two years ago when they said Lawson was struggling from the free throw line. I am not surprised by the poor performance of Ty Lawson. If was single handedly carrying the Nuggets to the playoffs I would have love seeing him here in Houston. But so far all I see is turnovers, bad shooting, and poor defense. Still early though maybe something will change.
