    I really don't understand why coaches and management still have Rafer starting or on this team for that matter. It's just f*ckin mind boggling.

    I can't stand this team right now.

    Rox don't need two starters who can not shoot. I say we better keep Hayes and get rid of Rafer.

    He hurt his back vs GS. Hopefully, he will play in the next game, preferably as a starter.

    Face it, there are NO BETTER OPTIONS than Rafer.

    If this keeps up, a major reason why the Rockets aren't going to be successful is because of the starting point guard position. Rafer does not belong in the same breath as the other point guards in the top Western Conference teams....

    Dallas - Devin Harris
    Utah - Deron Williams
    San Antonio - Tony Parker
    Phoenix - Steve Nash
    Los Angeles - Derek Fisher
    New Orleans - Chris Paul
    Denver - Allen Iverson

    Just look at the list. Disagree all you want but it's a glaring issue. Something needs to be done. Fast. The way Rafer maneuvers in the paint and how he throws up those floating layups (same with Shane Battier at times) is just unacceptable. The Rockets are playing .500 basketball. This team IS better than this. We don't deserve a mediocre team. It's been long enough with this organization. And, this is supposed to be THE year? It's Time, right?

    Regardless, the reason we lost this game tonight was not all on Rafer, we sucked defensively and no one besidse yao/mac even showed up to play.

    So far this seaon , despite the poor shooting by Rafer , he still has outplayed James at point guard position by a mile. Bonzi, Battier, Head, Motombo all played like crap most of the time. Trade those guys before Alston.

    Sure... they'll trade him ... as soon as they find a team willing to absorb him. Maybe you can help them out -- try coming up with a realistic list of teams that could use Rafer and would take the 3 years on his deal.

    Good luck with that.

    Rockets really need to look at the rest of west conference.

    If your PG doesn't have a penetration, doesn't have a shooting. Rockets will be really in trouble during playoff time. We should trade for a better PG right now.

    I am not a Rafer hater, I am a rockets fan. I want Rockets win...
